Did my first real HIIT training today all by my lonesome. Since it was my first time I took it (a little) easy. Started with 5 rounds, 2 mins each. This morning was not only weight in day but it was also tape measure time. Since May I'm down 14 pounds and have condensed over 5",two of those inches from my waist.  I think "tight jeans" is a phenomenon for all girls who have worn jeans. Tight jeans are the jeans girls have that used to fit nice, and they're a kickin pair of jeans, but due to added pounds they either 1) completely muffin top or fit way too tight or 2) don't fit at all. Today I saw myself on video and I didn't completely hate my body. A few people last night remarked that I'd lost weight.
